Doncs b\u00e9, quan ens donem aquests missatges vol dir que la nostra <strong>autoestima<\/strong> no est\u00e0 en el seu millor moment. Per\u00f2, no desesperis \u00e9s possible <strong>millorar la teva autoestima<\/strong> si et poses en marxa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>La construcci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autoestima<\/h2>\n<div>En aquest article intentarem esbrinar quins s\u00f3n els <strong>pilars en els quals es fonamenta una bona autoestima<\/strong>, per\u00f2 abans de res haur\u00edem de comen\u00e7ar per parlar d&#8217;on neix l&#8217;<strong>autoestima<\/strong>. \u00c9s quelcom innat escrit en el nostre codi gen\u00e8tic? Alguns neixen amb alta <strong>autoestima<\/strong> i d\u2019altres amb baixa? Doncs no \u00e9s aix\u00ed. \u00a0<strong>L&#8217;autoestima \u00e9s quelcom que aprenem en la socialitzaci\u00f3 amb els altres<\/strong>, aix\u00f2 vol dir que quan som petits, els adults que tenim al voltant ens fan de mirall i a partir del reflex que ens retornen aquests miralls comencem a construir la valoraci\u00f3 que fem de nosaltres mateixos.<\/div>\n<div>Si els adults que tenim al voltant, com s\u00f3n els pares, els amics, els professors, etc. ens donen una imatge negativa de nosaltres mateixos, ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil que constru\u00efm una autoestima forta i positiva. Si pel contrari, els missatges que ens donen s\u00f3n missatges positius ser\u00e0 m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil que la valoraci\u00f3 que fem de nosaltres mateixos sigui positiva. Per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 \u00e9s nom\u00e9s l\u2019inici de la formaci\u00f3 de la nostra <strong>autoestima<\/strong>. Posteriorment, durant el transcurs de la nostra vida hi hauran molts factors que poden influenciar. A m\u00e9s, <strong>si els adults que ens van envoltar durant la nostra inf\u00e0ncia no ens van ajudar a construir una autoestima ferma i sana, la bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que d\u2019adults la podem refer per nosaltres mateixos.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2><big>Els pilars de l&#8217;autoestima<\/big><\/h2>\n<div>En aquest punt \u00e9s on entren els pilars sobre els que es sustenta una <strong>autoestima sana, positiva i forta<\/strong>, els quals podem treballar, sigui quin sigui el nostre passat. Seguint el model que ens proposa en psic\u00f2leg Walter Riso, anem a parlar de <strong>4 pilars fonamentals:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>1. L\u2019AUTOCONCEPTE.<\/h3>\n<div>Preguntem-nos: \u201cqu\u00e8 penso de mi mateix?\u201d, \u201cquin concepte tinc de la meva persona?\u201d. Penso que s\u00f3c un desastre? Penso que no aconseguir\u00e9 les coses que vull? O pel contrari, penso que s\u00f3c una persona que val la pena? L\u2019autocr\u00edtica \u00e9s una eina positiva utilitzada en la justa mesura, per\u00f2 si l\u2019utilitzem de forma constant i de forma negativa es pot tornar el nostre pitjor enemic. <strong>Fer-nos constantment cr\u00edtiques negatives, ser durs i inflexibles amb nosaltres mateixos, l&#8217;\u00fanic que fa \u00e9s incrementar la nostra insatisfacci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>2. L\u2019AUTOIMATGE.<\/h3>\n<div>Avui en dia la bellesa i la joventut s\u00f3n dos valors molt importants a la nostra cultura, \u00a0per\u00f2 en canvi tots envellim. El que \u00e9s totalment contradictori, ja que els valors prioritaris acaben sent uns valors amb data de caducitat. Si el que jo penso de mi mateix est\u00e0 en funci\u00f3 d\u2019uns c\u00e0nons de bellesa establerts per un determinat moment hist\u00f2ric i cultural, molt probablement ens sentirem insatisfets amb el nostre aspecte, ja que \u00e9s molt dif\u00edcil que s\u2019ajusti al 100% a l\u2019ideal est\u00e8tic del moment.<\/div>\n<div>A m\u00e9s, tot i que realment encaix\u00e9s a la perfecci\u00f3 t\u00e9 els dies comptats, ja que no s\u2019\u00e9s eternament jove. Per tant, <strong>l\u2019important no \u00e9s encaixar, sin\u00f3 aconseguir agradar-se a un mateix<\/strong>. Aconseguir estimar-nos i estimar el cos que tenim independentment de que s\u2019ajusti al model de bellesa imperant. Com es pot fer aix\u00f2? Podem comen\u00e7ar <strong>intentant definir per nosaltres mateixos qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la bellesa, pensant que la perfecci\u00f3 no existeix.<\/strong><\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>3. L\u2019AUTOREFOR\u00c7AMENT:<\/h3>\n<div><strong>Et premies a tu mateix? Dediques temps a fer coses que t\u2019agraden? T\u2019expresses afecte? <\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Si no fas cap d&#8217;aquestes coses segurament la teva <strong>autoestima<\/strong> estar\u00e0 en un nivell baix en aquests moments. Hi ha una tend\u00e8ncia imperant en alguns sectors que veu el dedicar-se temps a un mateix, sense cap altre objectiu que el propi plaer, com una p\u00e8rdua de temps. <strong>Sembla que hem de ser productius en tot moment i si sentim que no \u00e9s aix\u00ed, ens sentim culpables.<\/strong> Est\u00e0 b\u00e9 treballar pels propis objectius i per millorar, per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 succeeix quan aix\u00f2 es torna l&#8217;eix principal de la nostra vida i oblidem els plaers que ens fan sentir b\u00e9? Una de les coses que pot succeir \u00e9s que ens tornem r\u00edgids, irritables, amb dificultats per gaudir de les petites situacions.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Quan oblidem donar-nos temps per gaudir de les coses que ens agraden, no ens estem cuidant.<\/strong> Es tracta aleshores, de trobar un equilibri entre el deure i el plaer. Aconseguir un plaer responsable que accepta les responsabilitats del dia a dia, per\u00f2 alhora es d\u00f3na plaers a si mateix per poder gaudir.<\/div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>4. L\u2019AUTOCONFIAN\u00c7A.<\/h3>\n<div><strong>El darrer pilar t\u00e9 a veure amb la confian\u00e7a que tenim en nosaltres mateixos.<\/strong> Superar reptes i aconseguir objectius dona sentit a la nostra vida. Si no tenim objectius \u00e9s dif\u00edcil desenvolupar un jo segur de si mateix. Seguint el fil dels darrers pilars, es tractaria de t<strong>robar l\u2019equilibri entre l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 de nosaltres mateixos, sense sobreexigir-nos, alhora que confiem en nosaltres mateixos per afrontar noves situacions<\/strong>. Com sempre es tracta de trobar un punt mig.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Doncs b\u00e9, despr\u00e9s de llegir aquests quatre aspectes, es tracta de fer revisi\u00f3 de nosaltres mateixos, sent sincers i analitzant com estem de cadascun d\u2019aquests pilars. Com d\u00e8iem al inici, la bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que <strong>es pot treballar per millorar la nostra autoestima, ja que no \u00e9s quelcom predeterminat.<\/strong> Potser t&#8217;est\u00e0s preguntat: &#8220;i com es fa tot aix\u00f2??&#8221;.
