En el millor dels casos, hem de fer \u00fas d&#8217;un munt d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies que requereixen temps i energia (amb la qual no sempre comptem).<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Compaginar el treball i la vida personal per aconseguir un equilibri \u00e9s possible, encara que no sempre assolible. Aquesta \u00e9s una realitat per a molts de nosaltres en la que <strong>sentir-nos desbordats forma part del nostre dia a dia.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Const\u00e0ncia: la clau.<\/h2>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Com a psic\u00f2leg no estic exent d&#8217;aquestes experi\u00e8ncies, per\u00f2 el dia que vaig v\u00e8ncer les meves resist\u00e8ncies i vaig comen\u00e7ar a practicar <strong>Mindfulness<\/strong>, la meva sensaci\u00f3 de benestar va augmentar i la meva qualitat de vida va millorar al poc temps. La veritat \u00e9s que no va ser m\u00e0gic, ni resultat de l&#8217;atzar. <strong>Cal const\u00e0ncia di\u00e0ria per tal de que la pr\u00e0ctica del Mindfulness tingui els seus resultats positius.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">Des de la d\u00e8cada dels 70\u00b4s, van comen\u00e7ar a fer-se recerques condu\u00efdes principalment pel Dr. Kabat-Zinn, de la universitat d&#8217;Harvard, sobre l&#8217;efecte de la pr\u00e0ctica de la consci\u00e8ncia plena en persones sota situacions d&#8217;estr\u00e8s post-traum\u00e0tic i dolor cr\u00f2nic.
