El primer que vaig pensar en llegir l&#8217;article va ser: \u201cqu\u00e8 valent, s&#8217;atreveix a desvetllar que sofreix, que t\u00e9<strong> ansietat<\/strong>, que sent por, que t\u00e9 f\u00f2bies,&#8230;\u201d. I la veritat \u00e9s que \u00e9s una mostra d&#8217;honestedat per la seva banda. \u00c9s un gran gest per fer visible l&#8217;invisible.<\/p>\n<p>Ens parla de la seva <strong>ansietat<\/strong>, el seu patiment, ja que sovint fem tot el possible per mantenir la nostra fa\u00e7ana i no mostrar-nos vulnerables.\u00a0<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>En general,\u00a0<strong> tots\/es ens esforcem molt a semblar persones equilibrades, que tenim tot baix control, quan realment no \u00e9s aix\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>D&#8217;on ve l&#8217;ansietat?<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5909 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"como-superar-ansiedad\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad1-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad1-700x466.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Abans de parlar sobre <strong>com podem superar l&#8217;ansietat<\/strong> anem a preguntar-nos d&#8217;on surt aquest patiment.<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;article de l&#8217;Elvira Lindo que us esmentava, hi ha va haver quelcom que em va cridar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3. \u00c9s com\u00fa a l&#8217;inici de la ter\u00e0pia, quan encara no hem pogut relacionar l&#8217;origen de l&#8217;ansietat,\u00a0<strong>pensar que l&#8217;ansietat \u00e9s alguna cosa que ve de fora<\/strong> i se&#8217;t fica dins sense que nosaltres siguem agents d&#8217;aquest fet.<\/p>\n<p>Sembla ser \u201calguna cosa que ens passa\u201d en el que nosaltres no intervenim. Si aix\u00f2 fos aix\u00ed, poc tindr\u00edem els terapeutes a fer i els pacients a canviar. Com a molt els psic\u00f2legs\/gues podr\u00edem ajudar als nostres pacients a suportar la creu d&#8217;aquesta bestiola que els ha infectat.<\/p>\n<p>De fet, segons el meu semblar, <strong>un dels primers passos en tota ter\u00e0pia \u00e9s passar de el \u201cem passa\u201d a \u201cjo faig\u201d, \u201cjo funciono d&#8217;aquesta forma\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0 Assumir que som agents actius en el que ens passa. Passar del pronom EM al pronom JO. Aix\u00f2 ens permet posar-nos en una posici\u00f3 on tenim marge de canvi.\u00a0 Per\u00f2 aquest tema donaria per a un article sencer, aix\u00ed que millor centrar-me en el tema de l&#8217;ansietat en si.<\/p>\n<h2>Per qu\u00e8 sentim ansietat?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;ansietat apareix en el moment en qu\u00e8\u00a0 tenim un conflicte intern entre diferents parts de nosaltres i t\u00e9 la funci\u00f3 de permetre&#8217;ns afrontar aquest conflicte i arribar a una resoluci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posem que entrem en una tenda i veiem alguna cosa que ens agrada molt. Mirem l&#8217;etiqueta i el preu \u00e9s impossible de pagar per a la nostra butxaca. Imaginem que de sobte apareix en el nostre cap la idea: \u201cm&#8217;ho puc portar, ning\u00fa est\u00e0 mirant\u201d. Aqu\u00ed s&#8217;inicia un conflicte entre el nostre desig (vull aquest objecte) i la norma (no has de robar). Comencem a agitar-nos, notem que se&#8217;ns accelera el pols, s&#8217;altera la nostra respiraci\u00f3. I aqu\u00ed ens veiem obligats a decidir qu\u00e8 volem fer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sortir per la porta de la tenda amb el objecto amagat dins de la bossa infringint la norma,<\/li>\n<li>deixar l&#8217;objecte en el seu lloc, acceptar que no podem pagar-ho i que no est\u00e0 ben portar-nos alguna cosa pel que no hem pagat,<\/li>\n<li>deixar-nos portar pel desig sense infringir la norma i usar la targeta de cr\u00e8dit de forma impulsiva,<\/li>\n<li>decidir pagar-ho a terminis,<\/li>\n<li>esperar-nos a cobrar la paga doble per comprar-ho, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquest \u00e9s un exemple molt simple, per\u00f2 permet veure com <strong>l&#8217;ansietat ens mobilitza a decidir-nos i resoldre el conflicte d&#8217;alguna forma<\/strong>, permet que es doni un di\u00e0leg entre el desig i la norma, en aquest cas.<\/p>\n<h2>L&#8217;ansietat: un conflicte no resolt<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5908 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"como-superar-ansiedad\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad2-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad2-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad2-700x467.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad2.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 clar, no tots els conflictes interns s\u00f3n tan simples com aquest. Quan alg\u00fa arriba a la consulta amb un quadre d&#8217;<strong>ansietat generalitzada<\/strong> li donem eines perqu\u00e8 pugui controlar els s\u00edmptomes f\u00edsics de l&#8217;ansietat i sentir que t\u00e9 m\u00e9s control.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s ja podem passar a explorar la hist\u00f2ria pr\u00e8via, ja que podem intuir que hi ha hagut algun punt de conflicte el qual naturalment la persona no ha pogut resoldre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s a dir, l<strong>&#8216;ansietat<\/strong> apareix de forma continuada si no aconseguim posar-li un punt final al conflicte. All\u00ed ser\u00e0 on apareixeran diferents s\u00edmptomes en funci\u00f3 de cada persona, de la seva hist\u00f2ria, de la seva concepci\u00f3 de la realitat, dels significats que d\u00f3na a cada esdeveniment.<\/p>\n<p>Elvira Lindo descriu uns quants possibles s\u00edmptomes en el seu article: intranquil\u00b7litat constant, insomni, obsessions, pors, pensaments intrusivos, marejos, migranyes, por a parlar en p\u00fablic, etc.\u00a0 <strong>L&#8217;ansietat \u00e9s la punta de l&#8217;iceberg, la part visible, per\u00f2 sota es troba el conflicte que ho ha originat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Resoldre el conflicte<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-5907\" src=\"https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad-300x261.jpg\" alt=\"como-superar-ansiedad\" width=\"300\" height=\"261\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad-300x261.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad-768x667.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad-1024x890.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad-700x608.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.centregrat.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/como-superar-ansiedad.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El problema \u00e9s <strong>cadascun de nosaltres ens perdem en el nostre propi bosc.<\/strong> Un ja no sap on est\u00e0, ni com sortir d&#8217;all\u00ed, ens desorientem i ja no sabem quin cam\u00ed escollir.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 no significa que els estats d&#8217;ansietat no es puguin superar, sin\u00f3 que sovint \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria ajuda externa, ja que \u00e9s impossible orientar-nos sin\u00f3 tenim un punt de refer\u00e8ncia. Hem d&#8217;aconseguir donar-li un significat al qu\u00e8 ens passa, posar-li llum i comen\u00e7ar a entendre per qu\u00e8 hem arribat a funcionar d&#8217;una determinada forma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aix\u00f2 implica treball personal i no curacions miraculoses<\/strong>, les quals no existeixen en la psicoter\u00e0pia. \u00c9s important sortir d&#8217;explicacions tipus \u201chaig d&#8217;aprendre a viure amb l&#8217;ansietat\u201d, \u201caix\u00f2 ja ha passat en la meva fam\u00edlia\u201d, \u201c\u00e9s un problema biol\u00f2gic\u201d. Aquestes explicacions simplement ens porten a acceptar la creu amb resignaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 no a entendre com \u00e9s que estem carregant amb ella i si realment la volem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">T&#8217;has sentit identificat amb aquest article i tens alguna pregunta?
