El problema ve quan la comunicaci\u00f3 de les nostres difer\u00e8ncies acaba en baralles en les quals sentim que no hem arribat a cap acord i, pitjor encara, acabem fent-nos mal.<\/p>\n<p>Pot haver-hi discussions productives que ens facin resoldre difer\u00e8ncies, respecte a aquestes discussions no tenim res a dir. No es tracta de deixar de discutir. En calent es pot faltar al respecte i dir coses que poden acabar passant factura a la relaci\u00f3: distanciament, dies sense parlar, males cares, menyspreus, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Altres parelles, en canvi, per tenir una conviv\u00e8ncia pac\u00edfica prefereixen evitar aquests temes espinosos i van acumulant malestar\u00a0sense dir-se res. Acaben creant una olla de pressi\u00f3 que acaba saltant el dia menys pensat d&#8217;una manera desproporcionada. Llavors ve quan un dels dos diu: \u201caix\u00f2 va ser la gota que va satisfer el got, vaig explotar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n\u00a0dos extrems d&#8217;un assumpte que no resulta f\u00e0cil. Si no ho fem tendeixen a enquistar-se i el nostre ressentiment es va acumulant.<\/p>\n<p>Per a aix\u00f2 hem de romandre sensibles a la relaci\u00f3 i atendre els senyals. Podem preguntar-nos peri\u00f2dicament: com em sento respecte a la meva parella? I si notem una cosa diferent, preguntar-nos: Qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant? Ens hem distanciat? Tenim la mateixa complicitat d&#8217;abans?<\/p>\n<p>Quan notem algun senyal \u00e9s important no deixar-la passar, parar-li esment i prendre nota. Per tant, \u00e9s important pensar en com comunicarem la nostra queixa.<\/strong> Es tracta que a l&#8217;altre li arribi el que li volem dir, transmetre el que a un el molesta d&#8217;una manera clara i respectuosa tenint en compte a l&#8217;altre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s a dir, que jo tingui una queixa o malestar no em d\u00f3na dret a expressar-la sense pensar en l&#8217;altre. Aquest acostuma a ser el punt m\u00e9s problem\u00e0tic. Acostumem a perdre&#8217;ns en el nostre malestar i no ens recordar-nos de la persona que tenim davant.<\/p>\n<p>Pots utilitzar estrat\u00e8gia b\u00e0sica de comunicaci\u00f3: <strong>Utilitza frases que comencin per \u201cjo\u201d, no per \u201ctu\u201d<\/strong>. Si comencem dient \u201c\u00e9s que tu mai em fas cas\u201d estem culpant a l&#8217;altre i el m\u00e9s probable \u00e9s que es posi a la defensiva. Pensa en com podries dir aix\u00f2 mateix empenzando per \u201cjo\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>3) Si la discussi\u00f3 se&#8217;ns ha escapat de les mans, &#8220;trepitgeu el fre!\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Moltes parelles arriben a consulta perqu\u00e8 no saben gestionar les discussions. Aquestes acaben sent batalles on diuen coses per a ferir a l&#8217;altre, encara que despr\u00e9s es penedeixen d&#8217;haver-les dit. Tots podem arribar a perdre els papers, per\u00f2 \u00e9s important aprendre a llegir els senyals que el cos ens d\u00f3na i no passar-les per alt.<\/p>\n<p>Quan ens alterem, el nostre sistema nervi\u00f3s ens d\u00f3na senyals que est\u00e0 activant-se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>se&#8217;ns accelera el pols,<\/li>\n<li>puja la temperatura,<\/li>\n<li>respirem amb m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia,<\/li>\n<li>tensionem diferents parts del cos (mand\u00edbula, punys, espatlles, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moltes persones noten una opressi\u00f3 al pit, un nus en l&#8217;est\u00f3mac o el cap a punt d&#8217;esclatar. <strong>L&#8217;important \u00e9s \u00a0detectar els primers senyals. Si \u00e9s necessari sal de casa a fer un volt per a tranquil\u00b7litzar-te.<\/p>\n<h3>5) Millor prevenir<\/h3>\n<p>Moltes de les tensions en el dia a dia d&#8217;una parella es poden esmenar si cadascun fa petits <strong>gestos perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;altre estigui a gust i se senti tingut en compte. Si jo tinc un compte amb bastants estalvis, en moments de crisis puc tirar d&#8217;ells, per\u00f2 si el meu compte est\u00e0 buit \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil que em pugi al carro del ressentiment i la r\u00e0bia.<\/p>\n<h2>La millor prevenci\u00f3: cuidar-vos m\u00fatuament<\/h2>\n<p>Es tracta no nom\u00e9s d&#8217;aprendre a comunicar-nos millor en el moments de les discussions, sin\u00f3 de ser conscients que totes les interaccions compten.
