Coneixes en qu\u00e8 consisteixen els <strong>banys de bosc<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<h2>Els beneficis psicol\u00f2gics dels banys de bosc<\/h2>\n<p>El concepte Shinrin-Yoku (o banys de boscos) va sorgir a Jap\u00f3 l&#8217;any 1982. Es refereix al fet de\u00a0<strong>submergir-se en l&#8217;atmosfera del bosc amb tots els nostres sentits i en consci\u00e8ncia plena.<\/strong>\u00a0Va ser en la d\u00e8cada dels noranta quan es van comen\u00e7ar a realitzar experiments sobre aquest tema. Com s&#8217;ha pogut comprovar en m\u00e9s d&#8217;un estudi, aquesta es veu redu\u00efda despr\u00e9s de practicar banys de bosc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, tamb\u00e9 <strong>s&#8217;ha constatat una milloran\u00e7a del\u00a0sistema immunitari amb un augment de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules NK<\/strong>. Aquestes s\u00f3n les encarregades de combatre patologies com\u00a0els tumors o les infeccions. Les mesures de la tensi\u00f3 arterial indiquen una reducci\u00f3 de la mateixa\u00a0despr\u00e9s de tan sols 15 minuts de ter\u00e0pia forestal. No \u00e9s necessari ser cap expert, amb que ens posem en una\u00a0posici\u00f3 c\u00f2moda, tanquem els ulls, ens centrem en la nostra respiraci\u00f3 i en la m\u00fasica que la\u00a0naturalesa ens regala ser\u00e0 suficient.<\/p>\n<h2>Per als quals viviu a una ciutat<\/h2>\n<p>Per als que viviu en grans ciutats i no us pugueu permetre un passeig per la naturalesa sovint,\u00a0heu de saber que no solament els boscos poden tenir un efecte benefici\u00f3s sobre el nostre organisme. <strong>Altres\u00a0est\u00edmuls naturals com a parcs, flors, bonsais i, fins i tot, tenir objectes de fusta natural en la nostra\u00a0llar tamb\u00e9 han demostrat reduir els nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/strong> A m\u00e9s, hi ha ara nombrosos estudis\u00a0enfocats a demostrar el benefici dels olis essencials.
